The exterior of this patrician house (1585) in the heart of Lübeck is just as beautiful and charming as its stylish interior, which is adorned with art. In the kitchen, Roy Petermann and his son Jean-Luc serve up classic cuisine with a Mediterranean twist in the form of a three- or five-course set menu that changes every three weeks (beautifully presented in calligraphy), or – when pre-ordered per table – a seven-course surprise menu. Tucked away in a fine 19C building in the centre of Lübeck, this restaurant has a charming interior with wooden flooring, chandeliers and an elegant feel. The pretty terrace enjoys an appealing location to the rear of the building. On the menu: a modern take on Mediterranean cuisine, available as a surprise menu or à la carte. A friendly, laid-back restaurant located on the edge of the city centre, only five minutes from the Holstentor. Trendy industrial-style design, very friendly and relaxed young service team and, last but not least, tasty modern cuisine. The emphasis is on regional ingredients – for example, organically farmed catfish from Brandenburg. Hot meals are served all day, but there are also sandwiches and fish rolls to go.
