This small, very friendly restaurant offers a successful mix of tradition (the setting is an old house in the centre of Comano), minimalist furnishings and modern cuisine. In the evening, enjoy a surprise tasting menu (five or seven courses) which is almost entirely vegetarian, with the option of choosing your main course. 95% of the ingredients are organic and the owner-chef will be happy to discuss his philosophy on organic food during the course of your meal. The elegant, original dishes include options such as beef wellington with kohlrabi, chimichurri and mushrooms, accompanied by artisan
