Trendy and elegant Schattbuch is a firm fixture in the Allgäu fine dining scene. The kitchen team prepares modern dishes, always staying true to the region and consistently using high-quality ingredients. In the evening, there are two menus (one of them vegetarian) and a small à la carte selection. At lunchtime, in addition to more affordable daily specials, you can also order from the evening menu.
