酒店位于海口市龙华区滨海大道，距离海口东动车站9公里，距离美兰机场27.3公里。 酒店离骑楼老街大概3公里左右。 在到达酒店前一天，酒店就打来电话，询问到店的时间和需求。简单说了一下，因为带着小朋友，希望能提供一套儿童的洗浴装备。酒店马上回复说没问题，同时房型也做了升级。 第二天，从动车站打车到达酒店（28元），大堂在35楼。国庆期间人很多，去了57楼的行政酒廊Chick-in，直接升了套房，然后在酒廊用了Happy Hour。HH很丰盛，有8个热菜，而且还会补菜。服务员也很热情。 用餐完毕来到房间，真是大大的惊喜，昨天原本只是希望给一套小朋友的装…

乞丐房预定，入住前一天收到问候电话，询问到店时间。入住当天app看到升了套房。酒廊提供软饮和一些干果。酒店泳池有三个，近海的无边泳池水略脏。HH是在一楼的中餐厅，相当于自助晚餐，菜品很不错，给羊排点个赞，不过可能是周六的缘故，人略多。酒店提供来往市区及机场和火车东站的穿梭巴士，需提前预约。整体体验非常不错。
