But let's not forget the cooking of owner Christoph Hunziker: his flavoursome dishes show strong ties to the region, follow the seasons, and are occasionally given a modern twist. You can choose à la carte or opt for the set menu ("Geniesser-Menu"). The service is charming – even the chef likes to get involved front of house. Tip: At lunchtime, the set menu is a bargain.
