- Malga Panna★ Michelin The story of the Donei family is intertwined with that of this ancient Alpine dairy, transformed into a restaurant in the 1950s, when the parents of current chef-owner Paolo delighted early vacationers with wholesome dishes, helping establish it as one of Val di Fassa’s most celebrated tables. Today, only the name and panoramic setting remain from the original structure, suspended above the village and overlooking the valley, now admired from a new Alpine-style dining room enclosed entirely in glass.
