The 'La Forêt' residence is located in the highest area of town and the leafiest part of the resort: Flaine Forêt is only 100 m from the ski lifts. It is ski-in, ski-out. The residence offers spacious, extremely comfortable apartments decorated with a modern touch. Most have been recently renovated. There is a reception area, and the lounge is perfect for a quiet game of pool by the fireplace. The La Forêt residence takes its name from the resort's wooded area, Flaine Forêt, located at the top of the resort, which is the highest in the Grand Massif ski area. All shops and services are in the centre of Flaine: cinema, bars, restaurants, nightclub, bakery, supermarkets, grocers, laundry, post office, shops selling clothes and sports equipment, pharmacy, bank, etc.

This restaurant is run by a young couple who are passionate about what they do: chef Flavio Ricco and Lola Goudenove. In the heart of the village it has a cosy dining area done out in the style of a lodge. The blend of wood and stone makes for a relaxing feel. The chef prepares traditional cuisine with a measure of creativity, highlighting local ingredients on a set menu (with options).
