- Whitstable Oyster Company One of those wonderful restaurants that 'does what it says on the tin', this family-run spot does indeed specialise in Whitstable Oysters, produced right outside the restaurant in the family's own oyster farm. Fresh and pure, they are a must-order and are available in a number of ways including natural, 'Royale' and 'Rockefeller'.
