You follow a series of hairpin bends to get to this restaurant on the Asiago plateau, where you’ll find some of the most creative and original gourmet cuisine in Italy, largely thanks to owner-chef Alessandro Dal Degan. “Journey” and “path” are two of the chef’s favourite words, both of which are a good description of the gastronomic experience on offer at La Tana Gourmet.
