什么都是一般般 总体感觉不好 由于展会的原因酒店住的比较满,出门之前特意让助理问是不是12点就能CI,double check之后酒店说木有问题,来吧!结果到了酒店告诉说还没收拾干净,45min之后再来吧。本来想发作,客户在旁边,又是饭点儿,就说那就先去吃饭吧。到2楼咖啡厅吃便餐,上东西速度极慢,东西质量只能说是说得过去。回到前台是1.5h之后,前台小妞儿发现自己留的3间房被别人CI出去了,就开始骂骂咧咧的干活儿,折腾了十多分钟没弄出个利落儿来,遂摔门走人。换经理来CI,态度很好,告知所有的5间都给升了exec. 心里还平衡了一些。

硬件老旧且维护差。餐饮质量极差。 酒店外观就很差,大堂也是黑蒙蒙。房间老旧,地毯都起包了一不留神就会被绊倒。泳池和老早八早时候的公共泳池一样,瓷砖已经大面积破碎了就那么在泳池里堆着,踩上去必定血流如注,更衣室更是没法下脚。餐饮质量那就一个差啊差,餐饮部经理竟然没被炒啊?!如果说有好的方面,则是对会员不错,G卡升套,尽管套也是老旧了的招待所质量。
酒店环境尚可,性价比有待提高 总体感觉客房环境还是可以的,但是酒店的服务意识有待加强,CI时没仔细核对客人的身份等级,未能主动提供待遇,需客人问才提供,HH还可以服务时间较长,早餐餐食一般,服务质量一般。。
服务很好,但设施较旧 这家价格便宜.服务很热情,对白金很好.都给双早西餐厅.不过西餐厅基本不问你房号.住了十几天以后成了这里VIP,每次去都特别的热情.
真的是很有年头的酒店了,设施略显陈旧 价格便宜,位置优越,缺点就是实在太旧了,对会员很好,主动升级,餐饮较差
