  • Le Bruadan Jean-Charles Boulmier and Christelle Cauli (formerly of L'Épicurien) are clearly passionate about nature. Named in homage to the forest bordering the village where they have set up shop, their appealing modern restaurant has a decor with plenty of wooden features and a palette of green, as if better to evoke the region of Sologne.
