本帖最后由 南京老李 于 2020-1-22 20:50 编辑 酒店地段好，房间和服务一般。客人提出房间有异味要换房，第一回复不是同意，而是让清扫人员来喷空气清新剂。后来让服务人员现场看了破床单后，满足了换房愿望。此外，前台忘记主动给客人介绍行政待遇（订的是行政房），但是行政酒廊晚餐服务意识还可以。电话回访提出要好评，整体入住体验比较一般。附近在施工床单让人无语阳台的景色
