本帖最后由 ensencen 于 2019-9-10 11:26 编辑 终于盼来南宁第一家IHG酒店开业…兴致勃勃的来打卡…没想到大失所望…直接想拉黑！外景酒店地段不错，就位于地铁口，周边成熟且繁华，估计就剩这点可取之处了吧。抵达酒店后，员工不太热情，也不会主动上前询问是否需要帮助，CI时识别出了会员没有任何问候，我主动询问有什么待遇，就给了我两张大堂吧的饮料券，一个水果也没有，更别说房间升级了，请问这家IHG是挂着玩的么？房间不大，但是味道却很大，熏得难受，而且酒店位于低层区，视野也不是很好。听说这家酒店是特许经营店，服务果然差了一大截，怎么说也是…
