- Adler Stuben The traditional Parkhotel Adler, which has been a family-run business for over 500 years, is home to this historical Black Forest establishment whose origins date back to 1639. It has five really pleasant dining areas, from the charming "Stube" with its old wood panelling and a low ceiling, to the chic "Bergkristall", and of course the terrace.
