- La Vieja by Jonay Hernández A restaurant with a distinct urban feel which is striking for its genuine graffiti (note the huge octopus!) and the influence of the Canary Islands (chef Jonay Hernández’s homeland) in its cuisine. The cooking here is described here as “new Canarian cuisine” that features local ingredients and an American and Mexican touch. It also takes its inspiration from the island’s culinary roots, which is showcased in several dishes that the chef has inherited from his mother. - Quadrat It’s hard not to be delighted by this restaurant occupying the former stables of a mansion (now the one-Michelin-key Sant Francesc Hotel Singular) with the additional benefit of a charming landscaped garden-patio. The chefs at the helm, Carles Forteza and Alvar Albaladejo, conjure up Mediterranean cuisine with a constant nod to locally grown ingredients and Mallorcan cooking.
