This beautiful Alpine house surrounded by the low mountains of the Val di Non is home to husband-and-wife team Ivano and Antonella, who have run this restaurant with enthusiasm and professionalism for many years. She offers a warm welcome front of house, while he is at the helm in the kitchen, where he prepares dishes from top-quality ingredients (mostly local, such as the Alpine beef, char, cheese and game) with skill and precision. A few seasonal ingredients from outside the region also make it on to the menu, as do a couple of fish-based dishes.
