British chef Simon Scott worked his way from London to Provence, before setting up shop here in the Tarn département. The vivid red façade leads diners into a vibrant and cosy pop-inspired decor. This eclectic chef and master craftsman works exclusively with good-quality (local) ingredients, in a bid to serve his guests precise, colourful and tasty dishes that change regularly according to the market stalls. This Bistrot des Saveurs is certainly aptly named!
