Federico at the stove and Chiara, pastry chef and the soul of the welcome, have brought new life to a long-established local restaurant, transforming it into a modern expression of Tuscan cooking. The menu, varied and stimulating, features dishes such as the raviolo filled with Parmigiano cream from Red Cows, served with chanterelles and onions – intense and technically accomplished – as well as their intriguing take on tiramisù, given an added dimension by a secret touch of tobacco. Over the years, the wine list has grown considerably, reflecting the deep passion of both proprietors; the bott
