Some of his signature creations include dim sum of foie gras, fillet of seabass in ginger, Peking-style duck (served in two courses), or shrimps in a balanced blend of breadcrumbs, garlic and chili peppers. The “Diamond” menu for two, which includes duck, is highly recommended. While the interior decor tends toward the rustic, the cuisine is modern, with dishes based on fine ingredients cleverly curated into just one generous tasting menu. An old-fashioned restaurant of the type that is quite hard to find these days. It has Art Deco-style wood panelling, enamel plaques and coloured windows, as well as a terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery. There is also a traditional feel to the menu, which includes perch from Lake Geneva.
