Expect clearly structured modern cuisine made primarily with regional ingredients. There are two set menus: "Nachbarschaft" ("Neighbourhood") and the vegetarian "Ackerland" ("Farmland"), each comprising four to six courses. Dishes can also be ordered individually. Friendly servic
