This guesthouse is located in the tourist centre of Seville, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. Many shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and lively night-time venues are to be found in the vicinity and links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. Built in 1819 and renovated in 2004, this hotel comprises 3 floors with a total of 27 rooms of which 2 are singles and 25 are doubles. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a café. There is also a public Internet terminal, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant available to guests. The comfortable rooms each come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a hi-fi stereo system, Internet access, a double bed and central heating. Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet.

前台给了升级套房的选择，但是只有one king bed的选项，所以作罢。最后给了一个高层view特别好的房间
在23楼的行政酒廊（视野非常好）。美中不足的是我们是三个人出行，但是还是只给了两份免费早餐（30CAD for one additional)。另外早餐是真的简陋，甚至不如hyatt place...
离车站和各大景点都非常近（quebec city本来也不大倒是）
性价比真的很高，体验很好，而且前台特别专业，能让人感受到尊重

水钻给升级到了高层的朝老城方向的房间
早餐在楼顶的lounge，给了两个大人两个小孩的免费，位置超好，食物也很好
早餐在顶层lounge，食物非常好，种类多，品质佳
不在老城的景观区，但是处在比较高的一个坡上，如果能给到高层朝向老城的方向的房间，景色特别是晚上的景色非常棒。
