Restaurants nearby

  • La Cava d'en SergiBib Sant Sadurní d'Anoia is the capital of sparking cava, so this restaurant provides a great opportunity to round off your day after a visit to some of its famous bodegas. Located in a central street in the heart of the town, it features a single dining room with a classic-contemporary feel, where owner-chef Sergi Torres creates updated traditional cuisine with a good sprinkling of creativity. Choose between an excellent set daily menu popular with guests, and a seasonally changing à la carte. The wine cellar features over 40 different local cavas.5.9km
  • Casa Nova★ Michelin More than just a restaurant, Casa Nova is a mini-paradise on Earth! Upon arrival in the car park, guests are given a tour with explanations that highlight their environmental concerns. This charming old country property is run by a couple with a total commitment to conscious gastronomy. In a delightful atmosphere combining the past and present, chef Andrés Torres offers two contemporary-style menus (Viña and Gran Vendimia) that are based around time-honoured dishes made by his mother as well as local ingredients (the restaurant has a large garden with chickens, bees, tuna drying sheds and coff19.9km
  • El Cigró d'OrBib A restaurant with a somewhat surprising location on the second floor of the Mercat de la Carn, hence the guaranteed quality and freshness of its ingredients and produce. Choose between the dining room and a bar counter from where guests can view the live action in the kitchen. In the latter, chef Oriol Llavina’s focus is on an updated take on Catalan cuisine with a constant desire to showcase locally sourced ingredients. The focus midweek is on two set menu options (a daily menu on which you can still choose dishes, and the more elaborate Menú del Cigró), with a switch to more à la carte-style17.2km
  • Cal Pere del Maset A family-run restaurant established over half a century ago where you can enjoy cooking with a traditional flavour, including renowned dishes such as baked cannelloni and pigs’ trotters with plums.9.7km
  • Vapor GastronòmicBib Although the word “Vapor” (the Spanish for “steam”) automatically brings to mind the world of gastronomy, here, in a lively pedestrianised street in Terrassa’s old quarter, it is also used to pay tribute to the unusual industrial revolution that took place in Terrassa in the 19C, where steal transformed its textile industry and led to the town’s reputation as “the town of steam engines”. Behind the façade, you’ll find a pleasant brasserie-style eatery with an open-view kitchen, where the regionally inspired à la carte always champions locally produced and “zero-miles” ingredients. • El Cel de les OquesBib A good location in a narrow pedestrianised street in Terrassa’s old quarter. The couple who own it (Imma is in charge of the dining room while Sergio mans the stoves) focus on updated traditional cuisine which, whenever possible, uses locally sourced organic ingredients and tries to revive long-forgotten recipes from local farms, albeit with a modern twist. The name of the restaurant, which translates literally as “the sky of the geese”, is an expression frequently used by Imma’s grandfather to describe anything that was “sublime”. Varied à la carte, set daily menu, plus an extensive seasonal 18.7km
  • Can FerránBib A family-run restaurant that is almost always full and has been delighting local palates since 1949! Located in a wooded area alongside a main road, it boasts a pleasant terrace, an attractive entrance hall and several simply laid out dining rooms, including one with an open fireplace. The cuisine here is focused on Catalan dishes with pride of place given to grilled dishes (we enjoyed the grilled octopus with a “trinxat” of broccoli, "torreznos” from Soria, and a piripiri sauce, as well as variety of local specialities such as the famous Mongetes del Ganxet – tender white beans which are only19.2km
  • Ca l'Esteve A fourth-generation, family-run restaurant occupying a large stone house. The traditional Catalan menu is enhanced by several daily specials. Impressive choice of rice and grilled dishes.12.1km
  • Vilagut The name of the spacious restaurant (with a minimalist elegance and laid out on two floors) pays homage to chef Julià Bernet’s maternal grandfather. Her traditional cuisine comes courtesy of an à la carte (we particularly enjoyed the pigs’ trotters with langoustine tartare and stuffed morel mushrooms) and through a two tasting menus (Tradición and Territorio). As we’re in a region with a great wine tradition, its unsurprising that the choice of wines has been meticulously curated.16.8km
  • Casa Nita The first thing that draws your attention here is Casa Nita’s small size – a space of just 18m². This limitation has meant that they only work with fresh ingredients (which they buy daily from the century-old Mercat de La Independència across the street) and don’t have stoves or oven with which to cook hot food, hence the use of a blowtorch, sandwich-maker, Thermomix steamer etc, to put the finishing touches to dishes. As a result, Casa Nita offers a very different dining experience but one which is interesting nonetheless thanks to dishes that are well composed and full of personality. We can18.4km
