He and his wife Silke have run their restaurant – a veritable institution in the Swabian Jura – with great dedication for over 40 years. In the cosy old dining space, completely done out in wood, you can tuck into specialities such as tripe, maultaschen and Zwiebelrostbraten (roast beef with onions). Vegetarian options are also on the menu. The delicious dishes are all made using regional produce. Friendly service. We highly recommend staying overnight.
