The cuisine of Felix Messner – who runs the restaurant together with his brother Florian – is inspired by Austria and Vorarlberg. The simplicity of the fresh, flavourful dishes (eg breaded fried chicken, potato salad, pumpkin seed oil) is in keeping with the decor in this timber building on the village square, which was erected in 1756 and renovated according to historical models. - Zum Verwalter Its origins dating back to the 17C, this site is steeped in history. Today the building houses pretty hotel rooms and an extremely tasteful restaurant with authentic charm – plenty of wood and low ceilings make for a really cosy atmosphere.
