- Diergardts Kühler Grund Established in 1904, this family-run restaurant is now in its fourth generation, with Philipp Diergardt now at the helm. He is passionate about cooking up traditional, seasonal cuisine that draws on locally sourced ingredients. The extensive menu is extremely appealing, making it difficult to choose. In addition to the fairly priced set menu ("Heimatmenü"), there are also classics such as bouillabaisse or Wiener schnitzel, as well as weekly specials that change with the seasons and dishes for two or more people.
