Alternatively, you can watch Alexander Hohlwein and his team at work in the open kitchen as they prepare their creative set menu in the evening ("Weltreise"). Over four to eight courses, harmoniously balanced flavours are presented – such as exquisite Helgoland lobster with tomato, passion fruit and ponzu, or perfectly roasted Challans duck with coffe
