Maurizio Oster is the chef-owner of this modern, clean-lined, almost minimalist-style little restaurant. He co-leads the kitchen with Mirco Brunßen. Together, they pursue a clear philosophy in which the ingredients always take centre stage. Excellent ingredients, frequently sourced from small producers and organic farms in the immediate vicinity, go into seasonal North German-inspired, plant-forward dishes.
