介绍

Calling all Japanese food aficionados! For an authentic experience, head to this restaurant in the centre of Düsseldorf's Japanese quarter. Behind a rather unassuming exterior an upscale minimalist-style space awaits. The service is friendly and professional. In the kitchen, top-notch fresh ingredients meet expert preparation techniques. The sushi and sashimi offer exceptional value, but more adventurous diners should try the unaju (rice bowl with barbecued eel) or the barbecued tuna head with vinegar for a real explosion of flavour. Complement your meal with some warm sake or Japanese beer. I
