Angelica Udeküll is not only a well-known TV chef but also a torchbearer for Estonian cuisine. Her elegant restaurant at the LaSpa hotel sits in a beautifully tranquil spot overlooking the pine trees and the sea – the perfect location to showcase her ethical cuisine. Cooking is original, ranging from interpretations of her grandmother's recipes to dishes which incorporate elements from her travels. The drinks menu is split in two to offer the choice of either international beverages or local flavours that celebrate the region's heritage.
