A cosy atmosphere reigns in this chic little restaurant in the northwest of Nuremberg, with wine racks adding a nice decorative touch. In this setting, chef-owner Tomas Spanu serves a four- or five-course set menu, of which a vegetarian version is also an option, and an à la carte menu. The chef – who, as it happens, is of Sardinian-French heritage – cooks in a pleasingly streamlined and ingredient-led style. The friendly and attentive service is the icing on the cake.
