A modern wine bar in the centre of Bressanone (Brixen), situated in the same building as the delightful family restaurant, the Oste Scuro. Here, small armchairs, benches and stools are dotted among low square tables and higher tables, all surrounded by walls completely lined with wine bottles. The contemporary cuisine features tempting, generous dishes such as cod with cauliflower, cavolo nero and beurre blanc. Accommodation is available just two minutes’ away in the historic Adler Historic Guesthouse run by the same owners.
