Housed within a boutique hotel, Umo comprises two parts: a contemporary brasserie in the atrium, and an enclosed courtyard towards the back of the building. The latter was formerly a monastery and is a wonderful place to sit – it even comes complete with an open kitchen where dishes are cooked over flames and smoke.
