While the narrative behind the menu may have evolved recently, the restaurant’s ambition remains the same: to create a space where guests can escape and forget about the world outside. French recipes form the base of the cooking but take their inspiration from Nordic ingredients. Choose between the set Signature Menu or the shorter Menu Essentiel if you’re planning a trip the theatre as well; you’ll find delights such as pollock on fried bread and stuffed quail with sherry sauce
