Chef Miquel Sánchez, together with his team, offers Mediterranean cuisine with a traditional base that comes to light through a small menu and two set menus: Smoix and Vegetal. A standout dish? We liked, for the tenderness and flavour of the meat, their beef onglet, confit shallot sauce with herbs and green beans.
