In the centre of Zurich, right next to the Münsterhof square, this compact restaurant is tucked away in a side street. The concept is "counter dining": guests take their seats at the counter for an eight-course set menu that takes its cue from the seasons and is made from excellent ingredients. The cuisine is Asian, with an emphasis on seafood. Shining examples of dishes include "golden garlic oyster royale – hint of chilli", "langoustine broth with corn harmony" and Peking duck.
