The elevated location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein massif is quite something! As it is in the small castle hotel, the focus in the restaurant is on all things organic and ecological. This translates into mindful produced ingredients and organic produce from local suppliers, plus vegetables and herbs from the hotel's 2 500m2garden. In the evening, diners enjoy adept service and dishes such as fillet of perch caught by professional fisherman Claudio Görtz from Altenrhein, saffron foam, leek and Parisian potatoes, or roasted lettuce, lentil vinaigrette, creamed potato and herb oil.
