Tanja Grandits, known from the Stucki in Basel, has created a deliberately relaxed and accessible concept here. The cuisine is fresh, modern and creative, and the menu also features one or two Grandits classics. There is a 3- to 5-course menu (regular and vegetarian), plus an appealing à la carte selection.
