Ralph Kollnitzer – a familiar name in the region – cooks up a storm here in the fine dining restaurant of the small Hotel Aldershoff by the Lavant. The space has a modern decor with light wood and pops of green; the service is friendly. A surprise menu is available in a four-, six- or eight-course format.
