This small restaurant, in the lively surroundings of the Plaza de las Salesas, presents the aesthetics of a bistro that takes the world of the pig as its thematic axis (there is a cute picture of Peppa Pig on the wall and the toilet is referred to as the Pocilga), with the novelty that the kitchen is fully integrated into the (hallway-type) dining room and a chef's table/bar in front of it, so that we can watch the dishes take shape.
