On a pontoon floating in the Rijnhaven, this on-trend restaurant has large windows and a fabulous terrace. You could happily spend the whole day here working your way through the creative à la carte menu. Chef Schook makes a point of working with Dutch produce, giving vegetables special emphasis; he has a penchant for crisp, vibrant nuances. A cosmopolitan and exciting place!
