With its fresh and down-to-earth regional cuisine, this cosy Alpine-style restaurant at Burg Vital Resort makes a great alternative to Griggeler Stuba. The very friendly and competent waitstaff serve up delicious dishes such as Alpine char with red lentils, artichoke, tomato and winter tarragon. This is complemented by the same sensational wine selection as is served in the fine dining restaurant.
