As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can see into the open kitchen, where chef Jinok Kim puts a modern spin on the culinary traditions of her Korean homeland. Using regional ingredients, some from the restaurant's own garden in Brandenburg, she shows a particular interest in fermented foods. The ingredient-led dishes are beautifully precise.
