Sitting within a former industrial complex, Telliskivi TLN is a thriving cultural and business centre. Amongst its many outlets sits Moon (Estonian for ‘poppy’) – a former blacksmith's from the Tsarist era – where the charming team greet both locals and visitors as if they are regulars. Their mantra is ‘simple, honest, local and sustainable’ – and that’s exactly what they do here. The seasonally changing menu comprises flavoursome Slavic dishes; be sure to start with some of the tempting snacks before moving on to the likes of Siberian dumplings or carp in sour cream with tomato and caper sala
