A quick glance at the menu will reveal that rotisserie and carvery dishes feature prominently in the classic lineup. The veal cutlet is grilled to perfection and flanked by a punchy gravy. You have the choice of side dishes, from Robuchon mashed potato to seasonal veggies, while other delicacies include foie gras in red wine and balsamic vinegar.
