The elegant dining room of this fine restaurant opens at the rear onto a peaceful, tree-lined terrace off the quiet street. In the kitchen, meticulous preparation and a mastery of classic techniques underpin dishes such as crispy sweetbreads with green asparagus, morels stuffed with Ibérico lard, or a traditional millefeuille with Madagascar vanilla. The cellar houses several hundred wines and a fine collection of Chartreuse liqueurs.
