A relaxed yet bold restaurant that takes its name from the term ‘cuoco’, the Italian word for "cook"! Rafa and Andrés, the young Venezuelans at the helm, offer a short but varied à la carte and a suggestive tasting menu, which usually includes the most creative dishes (on Friday and Saturday nights they only work with this menu).
