Slip away from the hubbub of Rue de Flandre and venture into the almost theatrical venue of Jayu. This snug eatery, reminiscent of a speakeasy bar, features 12 stools around a counter (and one table). Three bells ring as the curtain rises at the start of a performance in twelve acts that lasts two hours.
