There’s a homely feel to this intimate spot hidden away in the suburbs, where Chef-Owner Jonathan Tam offers a unique experience that’s best enjoyed from a seat at the counter. The tasting menu – entitled ‘Solar’ – follows 24 solar micro-seasons throughout the year, and the original, exciting dishes combine Danish ingredients with Asian recipes and flavours.
