This intimate restaurant is run by a couple from South America who earned their stripes in fine dining establishments in Europe, Asia and the US. At both lunch and dinnertime, the chef, who worked at Astrid y Gastón, David Toutain and Mauro Colagreco, devises blind menus featuring the freshest produce and showcasing a keen sense of contrasts.
