Dama's feisty flavors play well off its chic old Havana-style dining room, with plush leather sofas, massive wicker fans spinning overhead and colorful tile underfoot. The front patio is filled with plenty of greenery, while the glam central bar busily blends tropical cocktails to order. As for the menu, there’s plenty to choose from. Think kanpachi aguachile with red pearl onions; shrimp tostadas with pickled chilies, and lamb chops with olive salsa verde. Paella, pork and grilled ribeyes are best for sharing.
